The Waldorf STREICHFETT String Synthesizer Vintage Inspired Polyphonic Sound Module revives the lush, silky sound of classic string machines from the 70s and early 80s. Combining a fully polyphonic string section with an eight-voice solo section, its perfect for recreating vintage movie soundscapes and retro-inspired pads.

The Strings section offers continuously morphing registrations of violin, viola, cello, brass, organ, choir, and more. Depth and movement are added through the Ensemble Effect, while the Animate function provides dynamic modulation of the string timbre.

The Solo section offers shimmering and percussive tones such as bass, e-piano, clavi, synth, and pluto, all designed to blend seamlessly with the string layers. Solo parts can be layered or split across the keyboard for versatile performance.

An onboard Effects section provides Phaser and Reverb, while Tremolo enhances the solo tones. With 12 patch memory slots, musicians can easily store and recall their favorite setups.

Simple yet powerful, the Streichfett combines vintage warmth with modern reliability, making it a compact solution for both studio and stage.
