The TRENDnet TI-M6024 (Version V2) is a high-efficiency AC-to-DC 60W industrial DIN-rail power supply engineered to deliver rock-solid, consistent power to your mission-critical network architecture. Specifically designed for demanding industrial applications, this rugged unit efficiently converts universal alternating current into a stable 24V DC output, pushing up to 2.5A of continuous current to power hardened switches, PoE injectors, IP surveillance cameras, and outdoor wireless access points.

Housed in a compact, IP30-rated industrial enclosure with a built-in TS-35 DIN-rail mount, the TI-M6024 integrates seamlessly into standard electrical boxes and traffic control cabinets. Advanced safety mechanics, including active short-circuit, over-power, and over-voltage self-recovery protection systems, ensure your downstream network hardware remains protected against volatile power fluctuations.

Key Features

• 60W Clean Output: Delivers high-efficiency power (24V DC, 2.5A) with an adjustable output voltage range between 24V and 30V DC to fine-tune your deployment needs.
• 150% Peak Load Capacity: Advanced power engineering provides up to a 150% power boost overhead to safely manage startup power spikes from inductive loads.
• Industrial Environmental Hardening: Built with passive cooling (free air convection) to withstand harsh operating environments ranging from -25 to 70C (-13 to 158F).
• Smart DC OK Relay Contact: Features an integrated hardware relay sensor that continuously monitors output health and can trigger external alert systems during power disruptions.
• Comprehensive Circuit Protection: Automated protection matrix guards your assets against short circuits, overloads, over-voltage spikes, and over-current events via intelligent self-recovery modes.
• Pre-Tested Reliability: Every single unit undergoes a strict 100% full-load burn-in testing cycle to meet regulatory industrial deployment standards right out of the box.
