The sE V7 MC2 CHROME is a professional wireless microphone capsule designed to bring the powerful sound and performance of the V7 handheld dynamic microphone to compatible Sennheiser wireless microphone systems. It features a specialized aluminum voice coil, neodymium magnet, and supercardioid polar pattern for focused, detailed vocal reproduction. The capsule provides smooth high-frequency response, strong feedback rejection, and effective handling and wind noise protection. Its compact design allows performers and presenters to use the familiar V7 sound with a compatible wireless transmitter. The chrome finish provides a distinctive professional appearance for live performance applications.

Professional Dynamic Capsule

The V7 MC2 CHROME uses a dynamic capsule engineered for clear and powerful vocal reproduction. Its specialized aluminum voice coil helps deliver smooth and detailed high frequencies while maintaining a strong overall response. The neodymium magnet provides efficient magnetic performance for consistent signal output. This design is suitable for demanding live vocal applications. The capsule preserves the characteristic sound approach of the V7 series.

Supercardioid Polar Pattern

The supercardioid polar pattern focuses pickup toward the front of the microphone while reducing sensitivity from unwanted directions. This helps isolate vocals from surrounding stage sound and other performers. The focused pickup pattern also contributes to improved gain-before-feedback performance. It is particularly useful for live stages and high-volume environments. Consistent off-axis response helps maintain a natural sound when the performer moves around the microphone.

Wide Frequency Response

The V7 MC2 CHROME provides a frequency range of 40 Hz to 19,000 Hz for detailed vocal reproduction. Its response captures both the lower body and upper detail of vocals. The capsule is designed to produce smooth and articulate high frequencies without sacrificing powerful low-frequency content. This makes it suitable for lead vocals, backing vocals, presentations, and other speech applications. The 2.0 mV/Pa sensitivity provides a practical output level for compatible wireless systems.

Wireless System Compatibility

The capsule is specifically designed for compatibility with Sennheiser wireless microphone systems. It allows users to pair the V7 sound with a suitable compatible wireless microphone body. This provides performers with greater freedom of movement without requiring a conventional wired microphone connection. The wireless configuration is useful for live performances, events, and professional production environments. Users should verify system compatibility before installation.

Handling and Feedback Protection

The V7 MC2 CHROME incorporates design elements intended to reduce wind and handling noise during use. Its excellent off-axis response and supercardioid pattern help provide strong feedback rejection in live environments. These characteristics allow performers to work confidently near stage monitors and loudspeaker systems. The capsule is designed for consistent performance during demanding applications. Its construction supports reliable operation for repeated professional use.
