Poly APV-63 TAA Electronic Hookswitch 85R01AA

The Poly APV-63 TAA Electronic Hookswitch is a genuine Poly (formerly Plantronics) electronic hook switch (EHS) adapter that enables compatible Poly wireless headsets to communicate directly with supported Avaya desk phones. By eliminating the need for a mechanical handset lifter, the APV-63 allows users to answer and end calls remotely using the call control button on their wireless headset, improving mobility and productivity in busy office environments.

Designed for seamless integration with compatible Poly headset systems, the APV-63 provides reliable electronic call control while maintaining a tidy desk setup with fewer accessories. It is TAA-compliant, making it suitable for government and enterprise deployments where Trade Agreements Act compliance is required. The APV-63 is ideal for customer service centres, contact centres, reception desks, and business professionals who need the flexibility to move away from their desk without missing important calls.
