Lattice Mast Y-Base Section

The Lattice Mast Y-Base Assembly is a foundational support structure designed for secure installation of lattice masts in ground-based deployments. The assembly comprises a Y-Base and Y-Base Section, providing a reinforced, stabilised footing that distributes load efficiently and ensures proper mast alignment. This configuration is essential for ensuring structural integrity in telecom, broadcast, and surveillance applications.

Y-Base

Function

Acts as the ground contact component, anchoring the mast to the foundation or slab

Construction

Heavy-duty hot-dip galvanised steel for long-term outdoor durability

Design

Y-shaped support geometry for optimal base distribution and weight transfer

Mounting

Bolt-through or embedded installation depending on project requirements

Y-Base Section

Function

Interfaces between the Y-Base and the first vertical mast section

Design

Matches lattice mast profile for seamless transition and alignment

Material

Galvanised steel, engineered to handle vertical and lateral loads

Connection

Flanged or bolted joints compatible with standard lattice mast segments
