Acconet Fibre Splitter 1/2 FIB-SPLIT-2

The Acconet FIB-SPLIT-2 is a passive 12 PLC fibre optic splitter designed for Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH), GPON and EPON deployments. Using Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) technology, it evenly distributes a single optical signal to two output fibres while maintaining low insertion loss and excellent signal uniformity. It is ideal for service providers, enterprise fibre networks and passive optical network (PON) installations.

Key Features

• 1 2 passive PLC optical splitter.
• Single-mode fibre operation.
• SC/APC fibre connectors.
• Designed for GPON and EPON networks.
• Low insertion loss.
• Uniform optical signal distribution.
• Compact installation-friendly design.
• No external power required.

Reliable Optical Signal Distribution

The PLC splitter divides a single incoming optical signal into two equal outputs while maintaining excellent wavelength performance and stable signal transmission across the supported optical spectrum.

Designed for Passive Optical Networks

Suitable for GPON, EPON and FTTH deployments, the splitter enables efficient optical signal distribution for residential, commercial and enterprise fibre installations.

Compact Passive Design

Because the splitter is entirely passive, it requires no electrical power, making it highly reliable with minimal maintenance requirements throughout its service life.

Professional Fibre Installation

The factory-terminated SC/APC connectors simplify deployment while minimising reflection, making the splitter suitable for high-performance optical access networks.
