Features

10-Metre Extended USB Connection

With a length of 10 metres or approximately 32.8 feet, the cable provides additional installation flexibility when conferencing equipment needs to be positioned away from the connected computer or room system.

Active Optical Cable Technology

Active optical technology uses fibre-optic transmission to help maintain reliable USB signal integrity over the extended cable length. This makes the cable suitable for meeting rooms and professional AV installations where conventional passive USB cables may not provide sufficient reach.

USB Type-A to USB Type-C

The cable features a USB Type-A male connector at one end and a USB Type-C male connector at the other. The slim USB-C connector shell is designed to simplify connection to compatible Poly cameras, video bars and collaboration hardware.

Designed for Poly Collaboration Systems

Poly documentation identifies the original 2457-30757-110 part number as a supported 10m USB 3.1 cable for the Poly Studio E70. HP also lists this cable among tested options for supported Poly Studio X and G7500 Device Mode configurations.

Professional Installation Flexibility

The extended cable length is useful in boardrooms, conference rooms and other professional collaboration spaces where the camera or video system may be installed several metres away from the room PC.

• For best compatibility, connect the cable directly between supported devices where possible.
• HP advises against adding unnecessary USB hubs, couplers or other intermediate connections in supported Device Mode installations.
• Always confirm compatibility with the specific Poly conferencing system before installation.
